In fact, the social media is abuzz with tweets as netizens are talking about what's good and what's bad in the movie. Here's a look:
What's Bad in Srikanth:
Srikanth has some weak and artificial moments which turn out to be a roadblock for the film. As per a tweet shared by a Twitter user, "the 2nd half falters with a superficial and melodramatic screenplay, poor execution, and dull monologues ! Character development that the director wanted to show falls flat with completely average direction, Director is completely responsible for stretching it beyond limit."
What's Good In Srikanth:
Rajkummar Rao has managed to win millions of hearts with his stupendous performance as Srikanth. In fact, Jyothi and Sharad's performance is also being appreciated and Srikanth is touted to be a promising film. A Twitter user gave Srikanth 3.5 stars and wrote, "#Srikanth is PROMISING. Entertains you throughout. #RajkummarRao simply nails his act. #SharadKelkar impactive as always, #Jyothika superb. The 'Papa Kehte Hai' music elevates the whole film. Excellent Initial Hour in the first half. RECOMMENDED. #SrikanthReview"
Meanwhile, Rajkummar got candid about playing the lead role in Srikanth and stated that he could relate with his background. "I could definitely resonate with his perseverance, with his grit and his working nature. I wouldn't say exactly, but I could somehow relate with his background because he too comes from a very humble background. And in my life also there were a lot of hardships when it came to money and having a big dream in life and to actually achieve that dream was something I could relate to," he told First Post.
