Sharing the news, Maddock film wrote, "“Stree fever on the rise! ₹456 crore worldwide GBO (gross). India GBO ₹386 crore, overseas GBO ₹70 crore. Total net collection India: ₹327 crore. Day 1-8: ₹308 crore, day 9 (Friday): ₹19.3 crore.”

Abhishek Banerjee, who played a pivotal role in Stree 2, said that he is approached for 3 movies in lead roles. In an interview, the actor said, "Now, immediately, I have started getting offers for leads. I wasn’t getting these offers earlier. The ones I was being offered were tight and low-budget. I got three offers last week. I will start reading and choosing what to do next. It makes a big difference.”
