The Buckingham Murders Trailer Release Time: Kareena Kapoor Khan, who had left everyone in awe of her performance in Rajesh A Krishnan's Crew earlier this year, is now making headlines for her second release of the year. We are talking about The Buckingham Murders which is helmed by Hansal Mehta. The movie happens to be a crime thriller and is jointly produced by Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor. With an intriguing poster and teaser, The Buckingham Murders has emerged as one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

To note, The Buckingham Murders features Kareena playing the role of a British-Indian detective Jaspreet Bhamra who grieving the loss of her child and is assigned the case of a murder of a 10 year old child in Buckinghamshire. Interestingly, The Buckingham Murders marks Kareena's second film wherein she essays the role of a cop after Irrfan starrer Angrezi Medium.

Meanwhile, talking about her character, Kareena stated that she has drawn inspiration from Kate Winslet's character in Mare Of Easttown. "I've always admired Mare of Easttown, and when Hansal Mehta approached me with this role, I knew it was exactly what I wanted to do," Bebo stated in one of her interviews.

To note, The Buckingham Murders is slated to hit the screens on September 13 and will be witnessing a competition from Vikrant Massey starrer Sector 36 which is inspired by true events and Aparshakti Khurana and Ishwak Singh starrer Berlin. To note, both the movies will be releasing on OTT on Netflix and Zee5 respectively.
