The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power: As the season 2 of The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power is all set to stream on Prime since today there are lot of speculation on whether fans will see Hrithik Roshan in the fantasy drama. In his exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, creator J.D. Payne spilled the beans on the same on whether the greek god of Bollywood will feature in the series.
Hrithik Roshan To Star In The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power
Putting an end to the speculation, Payne said that in this season, he will not appear, however, the door is 'open' if right role for the actor is created. He also hinted at that 'opportunities' are there. His exact words were as Pinkvilla quoted, "Last time when I was in Mumbai, we met Hrithik (Roshan). He was phenomenal. So the door would be open if the right role came along.... Opportunities are there..."
On the other hand, J.D. answered when asked about whether any Indian talents are there and if any who that is, he said, "We actually did cast Indian actors in season 2... Gavi Singh Chera (the man who plays Merrimac on the show) - He is absolutely amazing. He's in a couple of episodes... That'd be very cool."

Other than Gavi Singh Chera, the series also stars Megan Richards, Markella Kavenagh, Charlie Vickers, Morfydd Clark, Charles Edwards, Owain Arthur, Robert Aramayo, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Sophia Nomvete, Benjamin Walker, Daniel Weyman among others. Meanwhile, Sam Hazeldine replaces Joseph Mawle in the role of Adar, the leader of Sauron's Orcs.
