Tanya Singh took to Instagram to upload a video that includes of Tishaa's photos and videos. Tanya wrote in the caption, "How, What, Why' A lot of people have been writing and asking me to tell what happened." She then answered in pointers saying, "~Truth is subjective & relative to how one perceives it.
~when a pure innocent soul goes through injustice due to someone / some others bad doings, things get complicated and confusing & suddenly it's too late!
~But eventually no one can escape the wrath of their Karmic deeds; DIVINE JUSTICE
~Like I said in an earlier post: "sometimes an entire existence is taken away due to someone else's 'bad karma", not your own!
~No matter if any philosophies say otherwise:
~no matter the business of medical (mis)diagnosis & (mal)practices
~ no matter if people out there don't believe in 'evil eye, dark magic, nazar, etc'
~it's irrelevant to the Truth,what anyone else thinks,coz no one else knows what you know & in time, the truth has its way of revealing itself & it shall🙏🏼."

Tanya concluded her post by saying that her daughter did not give up herself to fear or depression. She wrote, "Having said that,my daughter TISHAA, no matter what went down, she never, not once gave in to fear or depression. She has been the bravest version of brave, the most fearless and cool 20year old ever🙏🏼 and that's what TISHAA wanted to spread to kids her age/ younger/older... how to 'not' let medical diagnosis etc scare you, coz she knew that the body is a biological being for whom immunity is key and she wanted to help spread the word through her experience of overcoming a misdiagnosis, & dealing with 'chemo SIDE EFFECTS' with BIOMEDICINE." Tanya revealed that Tishaa got her vaccine at the age of 15 and half it "possibly triggered an autoimmune situation which was wrongly diagnosed."

Tanya ended her post by informing other people to go for a biopsy only after taking second and third opinions. Tanya claimed, "Parents, if God forbid your child just has 'lymph node swellings' PLEASE make sure to get a second & third opinion before going in for a 'bone-marrow' test or a biopsy. Lymph nodes are the body's defence guards & they can also swell due to emotional trauma, etc, or due to a previous infection not treated fully. We were already sucked into the 'medical trap' much before all this information found us. I pray daily that no kid should ever have to face this cruel world of medical traps or hidden negative forces 🙏🏼."

Tishaa passed in July 2024. T-Series released a statement following her death, requesting the fans to respect the family's privacy amid the tough times. "Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is a difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that the family's privacy is respected," the statement read.

Tishaa Kumar, the cousin of T-Series chairperson Bhushan Kumar, was the daughter of producer Krishan Kumar and Tanya Singh. Born on July 18, 2004, Tishaa was diagnosed with cancer in her later years. Despite the challenges she faced, she displayed immense courage in her battle against the illness. Unfortunately, Tishaa passed away on July 18, 2024.
