Triptii Dimri & Siddhant Chaturvedi Pair Up For THIS Romantic Sequel

Triptii Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi are all set to pair up for the first time for Karan Johar's next - Dhadak 2. Yes, you read that right.

On Monday, the filmmaker took to Instagram and officially announced the project. Sharing a clip, KJo captioned it, "यह कहानी है थोड़ी अलग क्यूंकि एक था राजा, एक थी रानी - जात अलग थी...ख़तम कहानी. Presenting Dhadak 2 starring Siddhant Chaturvedi & Triptii Dimri. Directed by Shazia Iqbal."

Soon after the announcement, fans started expressing their excitement in the comment section. One of the fans wrote, "@karanjohar SIR 🙏🏻 .. you make so mesmerising Movie's.. For those unawared, the first installment featured Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor as the lead couple. The Shashank Khaitan directorial was the Hindi remake of the 2016 Marathi blockbuster 'Sairat'.

Directed by Shazia Iqbal and produced by Dharma Productions, Dhadak 2 is scheduled to hit cinemas on 22nd November 2024!

On the work front, Triptii also has 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' with Rajkummar Rao along with 'Bad Newz' with Vicky Kaushal and Amy Virk.

On the other hand, Siddhant was last seen alongside Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gaurav in 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan'. He will next be seen opposite Mrunal Thakur in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming production venture. He also has 'Yudhra' with Malvika Mohanan lined up for release.
