Tum Bin revolves around the life of Shekhar Malhota who seeks redemption after a tragic accident happens that kills Canadian-Indian businessman Amar Shah. After which, Shekhar reaches his residence and tries to save his dying company after the incident which causes him to grow feelings for Amar's fiancee, Pia. The movie shows how Shekhar wins over everyone's heart including Pia and Amar's family, but what happens after they know that Amar's accident involve Shekhar is the biggest plot twist.
