The film also featured 'The Archies' fame Mihir Ahuja, Chunky Panday and Adrija Sinha among others in important roles.

The film is slated for a direct-to-digital premiere on Netflix on November 8, 2024. The official logline of the film reads, "An adventurous, foul-mouthed former swimming coach reaches for record-breaking glory when he attempts a triathlon at 69 years old."

On Monday (October 28), Netflix dropped a new poster of the movie along with its trailer release date. The much-anticipated trailer of Anupam Kher's upcoming movie 'Vijay 69' will be dropped tomorrow.

The trailer will be available in HD on the official YouTube channel of Netflix India.

Earlier today, the actor took to Instagram and shared a lengthy post, looking back at his illustrious career in movie business spanning over 4 decades.

Talking about 'Vijay 69', the actor wrote, " Vijay 69 is honestly a reflection of my belief in the human spirit that never gives up.."

"At 69, I learnt swimming because of Vijay 69! It made me realise that age is just a number and only you can stop yourself from new experiences", he further added in his note.
