Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's new mansion is named Krishna Raj. The name is kept after Ranbir's grandmother. The mansion reportedly belonged to Ranbir's grandparents Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj.

Alia Bhatt reportedly spent a huge amount of her money recently in properties. According to TOI, she has pai an amount of 37.80 crore for an apartment in Bandra West. She was reported to have paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.26 crore. Besides this Bandra West apartment, Alia has also gifted two houses to her sister Shaheen.

As of now, Alia resides with her husband at Vastu in Pali Hills in Bandra. Alia and Ranbir's new house Krishna Raj has been inherited from her family.
