Throwback To When Akshay Kumar Actually Wore A Sanitary Pad

Akshay Kumar's acting in Pad Man was too convincing and he managed to do so by actually getting himself acquainted to the irritation of wearing a pad. Pad Man's director R Balki said during the promotional interview with Telly Chakkar of the movie that Akshay was not hesitant doing the scene where he had to actually wear the pad. Akshay described the feeling as "very beautiful." However, Akshay claimed that it is something "that maybe I will never do again in life but I'm doing it once as an actor."

Akshay had to wear pads while shooting the movie. The actor confessed, "I also don't know whether sanitary napkins were inconvenient or not, but this is something that no one would ever do as a man. I was scared for the first 30 seconds." The best part about Akshay Kumar is that he is open to doing different roles and exploring all odds. Well, that's something that makes a person an actor.
