In one of recent interviews with Bollywood Hungama, Zoya Akhtar talked about the possible collaboration with Salman Khan and said "It would be amazing!" collaborating with the 'megastar' without confirming anything on the same. She said, "He is a megastar who has got a crazy persona and a huge fanbase. I have to obviously find a subject that works for him and his fans and me. The minute we find a subject, it would be delicious, it would be a lot of fun."

For the unversed, the recently Zoya Akhtar co-produced the docu-series, Angry Young Men, which showcases the tale of two iconic duos, Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar, who penned 24 movies together. Talking about going to Salman Khan's Galaxy apartment to discuss the docu-series, Zoya said, "It was fun, we were in his lawn and had some tea, all his nephews were around. It was a nice feeling to be back at Galaxy, because we grew up there and played in that garden."

It was further added, "So, it was lovely to be there. We all chatted about everything under the sun. He was super open to it. He is older than us, so he had seen more of their glory days together than we had. He remembers much more."
