120 Bahadur brings to life the valour of Major Shaitan Singh of the Indian Army and his heroic stand during the Battle of Rezang La, one of the most defining moments of the 1962 Sino-Indian War. 120 Bahadur showcases the courage of Indian soldiers who fought against overwhelming odds on November 18, 1962.

Set against the harsh, freezing heights of the Himalayas during the 1962 Sino-Indian War, the film recreates the impossible conditions under which Indian soldiers showed unmatched bravery. The story follows Major Shaitan Singh Bhati and the valiant soldiers of Charlie Company, who faced a massive Chinese force despite being heavily outnumbered.

With only 120 Indian troops standing against nearly 3,000 enemy soldiers, the company fought till their last breath, refusing to step back. The film depicts their unbelievable courage - from rifles and bayonets to close-range combat - capturing what is remembered as one of the greatest last stands in global military history.

120 Bahadur celebrates this powerful legacy with an impressive cast. In a recent conversation with Filmibeat, trade analyst Rohit Jaiswal shared his insights on the box office outlook for 120 Bahadur. Talking about the film's budget, Rohit stated, "With a production budget of around ₹85 crore, 120 is easily one of the expensive patriotic dramas of the year. When you factor in that nearly 60% of its recovery depends on theatrical business, the stakes naturally become much higher."

Talking about its box-office target, Rohit added, "Given its economics, 120 needs to cross at least ₹110 crore in theatres to earn a clean HIT verdict. Anything below ₹70 crore will be a clear disaster, and a total under ₹80 crore would mark it as a flop. If the film lands somewhere between ₹80-100 crore, it can be considered average, but only a strong box office trend can push it into the hit zone."
