Recently, a Zoom report claimed that Aamir Khan had been keeping a close tab on the Meghalaya murder case and was "personally tracking and discussing the details with his close circle." The report also claimed that Khan had apparently been considering adapting the real-life incident into a full-fledged crime thriller movie.

However, today Aamir Khan issued a definitive denial-calling all film-related rumors "baseless." He emphasized that no such project is underway, and reaffirmed that his focus remains on confirmed upcoming films under his banner, Aamir Khan Productions. As per Bollywood Hungama, the actor cleared the air and stated, "There is absolutely no truth to it," and further added, "I honestly don't know where these stories start."
On the work front, Aamir Khan will next be seen in Rajinikanth's 'Coolie', in which he will be making a special appearance. Besides that, he is also doing a superhero film with Lokesh Kangaraj.
