Actor Ahaan Panday, who recently entered Bollywood with the film "Saiyaara," has been receiving praise for his acting skills. His talent, however, is not just innate but has been refined through various acting workshops over the years. In a recently resurfaced video, YouTuber Nikhil Pandey shared his experience of meeting Ahaan during one such workshop.
Nikhil Pandey described Ahaan as someone who was often late to class and a chain smoker. Despite these traits, Nikhil acknowledged Ahaan's exceptional acting abilities. "Ahaan Panday… he was there. He was always late, a chain smoker. He was a 21-year-old kid who would just… I think he was trying to be an actor… Straight up, though, he was a great actor," Nikhil recalled.
Ahaan's Memorable Workshop Performance
During the workshop, Ahaan was tasked with performing a challenging gay love scene where one character had to administer medication to their partner suffering from AIDS. Nikhil expressed relief at not having to perform that scene himself but praised Ahaan's performance: "He just took it. He just killed it. He straight up made out with the guy."
The film "Saiyaara" features Ahaan as Krish Kapoor, an aspiring singer, alongside Vaani Batra, played by another actor. The storyline follows their romantic journey amidst various challenges. The movie's soundtrack has already captured audiences' hearts, blending romance and ambition seamlessly.
Box Office Success of Saiyaara
Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, "Saiyaara" hit theatres on July 18 and quickly became a box office sensation. It earned Rs 21.25 crore on its opening day, surpassing previous records set by films like "Murder 2" and "Aashiqui 2." Within four days, it crossed Rs 100 crore in collections.
"Saiyaara" has also become Mohit Suri's biggest opener ever by outperforming his earlier film "Ek Villain," which collected Rs 16 crore on its first day. The film continues to draw audiences with its engaging plot and strong performances.
