Ahmedabad Plane Crash: A devastating air disaster unfolded on June 12, 2025, shaking the nation. An Air India flight bound for London crashed shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad, carrying 242 passengers and 12 crew members. The devastating incident has left the nation in shock. As per the police control room, the Air India Flight AI 171 "On 12th Jun, 2025, M/s Air India B787 Aircraft VT-ANB, while operating flight AI-171 from Ahmedabad to Gatwick, has crashed immediately after takeoff from Ahmedabad."

Currently, the rescue operation is ongoing, and injured passengers are being rushed to the hospital. As per India Today's reports, Former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani was onboard along with other passengers. Amid the tragedy, several celebrities took to social media to address it and extend their condolences to the injured passengers.
