Chitranshi Dhyani On Her Experience With Air India: "I Waited Because Your Systems Were Down..."

Chitranshi Dhyani On Her Experience With Air India

Actor and singer Chitranshi Dhyani recently took to social media to share a deeply frustrating experience she had while traveling with Air India from Delhi to Mumbai.

According to Chitranshi, what should have been a routine check-in process turned into a chaotic and unprofessional ordeal. She was made to wait for over 20 minutes as Air India's check-in counters were reportedly not functioning. When the systems finally resumed, the staff refused to check her in, citing that boarding had already started-despite the delay being entirely on the airline's part.

Things only got worse from there. When she tried to reason with the staff, the counter head allegedly spoke to her rudely and even rolled his eyes at her when she asked to be treated respectfully. "Talk to me nicely," she said, but the dismissive attitude continued.

To add to the distress, Chitranshi-who regularly pays extra for better seating-was allotted a middle seat with no explanation. When she brought it up, she was casually told, "This is what it is." She was then directed to another counter to inquire about her preferred seating, only to face more unhelpful behavior and what she described as "tantrums" from the staff at Counter R.

Perhaps the most shocking part of her experience was receiving the baggage tag of a passenger headed to Visakhapatnam, even though she was flying to Mumbai. When she pointed out the error, the staff reportedly continued to roll their eyes and act as though it was not a big deal.

Chitranshi called out the unprofessionalism, stating, "You're the ones doing a pathetic job here, and instead of fixing it, you're throwing attitude at passengers."

Her post has resonated with several passengers who've had similar experiences, sparking a conversation around the need for better customer service and accountability in the airline industry.
