Shahid Kapoor On Deva Climax: Shahid Kapoor is all over the headlines these days and rightfully so. After all, he is coming up with the much talked about and much awaited action crime thriller Deva. Ahead of Deva release, Shahid took to micro-blogging site Twitter to have a Q/A with his fans and revealed the real reason to do this Rosshan Andrrews. He stated, "The intrigue intrigued me and of course deva as a character. Cop action thriller in a real raw edgy intense space felt super fresh to me not seen that in a while in a Hindi film". When quizzed about which character is more mad for him in Udta Punjab, Haider or Deva, Shahid stated, "Deva is MADDEST".

Furthermore, Shahid spilled beans about the climax of Deva and his first reaction to the Deva script and said that he found the climax quite fresh and shocking. To this, the actor tweeted, "Was shocked post climax. Found it very fresh". He further asserted that pre-climax scenes were quite challenging for him.

In another question, Shahid was asked to describe Deva in three words. To this, Shahid was quick to respond and said, "Aggressive, vulnerable and raw".

Meanwhile, talking about his physical transformation for Deva, Shahid told Zoom, "So, what I wanted to do with this character was, I didn't want to make him metrosexual, chiseled-no. I felt like he should look very rugged. In my head, I always thought he should be like a bulldog. "They're these broad-shouldered, stout beings. They don't have much hair, and they look tough. Aise lagta hai na, maar denge aise. Mera feeling wahi tha ki he should be this tough guy. They're raw, and they look strong. Jisko dekhke lagega, isse panga maat lo. Isse dur raho. Toh mujhe thoda woh vibe chahiye tha".
