Dharmendra Health Update: Veteran actor Dharmendra has been all over the headlines for a concerning reason. After all, the veteran actor has been admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital and is reportedly in a critical condition at the moment. According to media reports, the 89 year old was rushed to hospital after he complained of breathlessness. The media reports also suggested that he has been put on ventilator which sparked further concerns among Dharmendra's massive fan following across the world.

Taking to her Instagram account, Hema Malini shared Dharmendra's pic and wrote, "I thank everyone for their concern about Dharam ji who is in hospital for observation. He is being continuously monitored and we are all with him.🙏 I request you all to pray for his welfare and speedy recovery".

Meanwhile, Punjab minister Harpal Singh Cheema wished for Dharmendra's speedy recovery. He told IANS, "I pray to Guru Sahib that he recovers soon, regains his health, and returns to his family. May he continue to play, laugh, and perform his acting roles that are admired worldwide..."

Speaking about the work front, Dharmendra's last appearance was in "Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya" alongside Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. His upcoming project is "Ikkis," directed by Sriram Raghavan, featuring Agastya Nanda as the lead. This film is a war drama based on Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal's life, focusing on the Battle of Basantar during the 1971 India-Pakistan War. The release is set for Christmas this year.
