After the Sholay actor got discharged from the hospital, his 'Jai' Amitabh Bachchan paid him a visit at his residence. Now, according to a Bollywood Hungama report, Dharmenra, who has been undergoing medical treatment at his home, is now "slowly recovering".

Sharing an update on Dharmendra's health, Hema Malini said, "So far, he is okay. We are taking one day at a time."

According to the same portal, the Deol family is planning to celebrate Dharmendra's 90th birthday next month, if everything goes well. A source close to the family informed the portal that they will be celebrating both Dharmendra and Esha's birthdays together. For those unversed, Esha celebrated her birthday on November 2, while Dharam Ji will turn 90 on December 8, 2025.

"If God is willing, we will be celebrating two birthdays next month - Dharamji's and Esha's, (sic)" the source was quoted as saying.
