In an exclusive interview with A Se Adi in Filmibeat, when asked about Dodi Khan, Ritesh Singh said, "Mai to Pehle batana chahunga ki Dodi Khan ko main mard hi nahi manta hu, kyunki mard ka pehla vasool hota hai ki apni baton pe kayal rahe." Commenting on Dodi Khan receiving backlashes after announcing the marriage with Rakhi Sawant, Ritesh said, "Aisa lagta hai ki kisi bewde ko aap daru thama diye aur ja k ek din kisi ko propose mara aur agle din kehta hai ki nahi bhai mujhe bht troll ho raha hai, i'll not go for it." Ritesh further added that he does not believe Dodi Khan is capable for Rakhi. "He can not claim he is a gentleman..." said Ritesh.
