Govinda First Statement After Divorce Rumours: Govinda has been under the limelight for the last couple of days after his divorce rumours with wife Sunita have surfaced leaving fans surprised. It was later the statement by his manager, Shashi Sinha, that solidified the rumours when it is stated to ETimes, "There have been issues between the couple due to certain statements made by certain members from the family. There is nothing more to it and Govinda is in process of starting a film for which artists are visiting our office. We are trying to resolve it."

Now, after much speculations, the actor himself has opened up and reacted to the news which has spread like wildfire.

Did Govinda Add Fuel To The Divorce Rumours With Sunita Ahuja?

Govinda has now broken silence on the matter and told ETimes after his manager's comment surfaced, "There are only business talks going.....I am in the process of starting my films." The actor has not spoken about a thing about his marriage or the ongoing divorce rumours neither did he refute the claims at the same time which resulted in speculations again.

Govinda and Sunita has been married for 37 years since March, 1987, and they share two children, son Yashvardhan and daughter Tina.

Govinda's marriage was under the limelight ever since Sunita Ahuja commented on how they are living separately to Pinkvilla, "We have two houses, we have a bungalow opposite our apartment. I have my temple and my kids in the flat. We live in the flat whereas he gets late after his meetings. He loves talking so he'll gather 10 people and sit chatting with them. Whereas me, my son and my daughter live together, but we hardly talk because I feel if you end up wasting your energy by talking too much."

However, later she clarified her comment by saying to Shirdi Today, "I have a lot of fun with him. There are people who want to break homes more than outsiders. I won't let anyone break homes. I will win because Baba is with me."
