Gutur Gu Fame K.K. Goswami On Jaan Abhi Baaki Hai. Says, “It’s Not Just a Film, It’s a Wake-Up Call”

Actor K.K. Goswami, known for his iconic work in Indian television like Shaktimaan, C.I.D., Ssshhhh... Koi Hai, and Gutur Gu will be seen in a prominent role in the upcoming feature Jaan Abhi Baaki Hai. Directed by Satyajeet and produced by IJM Productions, the film is set to hit theatres on 1st August 2025.
Sharing his first reaction to the script, Goswami said, "I really liked the story of the 'electron' and its environmental message. The way the script spoke about saving jungles and protecting greenery-it really stood out to me. That was the part that made me want to be a part of this film."
Reflecting on his experience on set, he shared, "I approached the shoot as I usually do, but when I started working with Satyajeet, I noticed something different. He focused on natural acting. He would clap loudly and say, 'Very good!'-but then he'd guide us to tone it down by 50%. He wanted us to be real and grounded in every scene."
Speaking about the challenges of the shoot, Goswami recalled, "It was extremely cold in Pithoragarh. We came from Mumbai and really felt the chill there. Some of the actors had to shoot without warm clothes-it was difficult, but those moments became memorable for all of us."
When asked about the core message of the film, he added, "The main message is clear: save trees, protect greenery, and understand the importance of the environment. The 'electron' theme is very relevant today, and I hope audiences take it seriously."
Praising the cast and crew, he said, "Both the young actors have worked very hard. Satyajeet ji has put his heart and soul into the film. He guided us patiently and reshot scenes until he was satisfied. I really hope audiences give this film a chance. Everyone is new at some point, and these kids deserve a fair shot. Just watch the film once."
Jaan Abhi Baaki Hai is an emotional coming-of-age drama that delves into love, loss, and the lasting impact of memories, set against the backdrop of small-town India and a rising consciousness of the environment. Alongside K.K. Goswami, the film stars Rajesh Jais, Pranjal Shandilya, Swapnil Singh, Makrand Deshpande, Brijendra Kala, Rohit Pathak, Ashok Kumar Beniwal, and the late Bikramjeet Kanwarpal, bringing together a cast that blends seasoned talent with emerging voices for a heartfelt cinematic journey.
