Background of the Case
In May this year, businessman Raja Raghuvanshi from Indore married Sonam and went to Meghalaya for their honeymoon. Tragically, Raja disappeared shortly after their arrival. On June 2, 2025, his mutilated body was discovered near a waterfall in Sohra, East Khasi Hills district. This shocking event led to police arresting eight individuals, including Sonam and her alleged lover Raj Kushwaha.
The murder case has drawn significant attention due to its shocking nature and alleged conspiracy involving Sonam and Raj. It is reported that Sonam orchestrated her husband's murder with Raj's help. The film aims to explore these events and provide insight into what transpired during that fateful trip.
Previously, there were rumours about Aamir Khan making a movie on this case, which he denied. Now with Nimbawat at the helm, anticipation builds around how this real-life drama will unfold on screen and which actors will portray these complex roles.
The upcoming film promises to delve deep into this tragic story while aiming to prevent similar betrayals in society. As production progresses, audiences eagerly await further announcements regarding casting and release dates.
