Last night, Hrithik Roshan took to his Instagram Story to share his thoughts on Dhurandhar. While the actor went all out praising Ranveer's film, his remark about disagreeing with the movie's political undertones didn't sit well with the audience.

"I love cinema, i love people who climb into a vortex and let the story take control, spin them shake them until what they want is purged out of them onto the screen. Dhurandhar is an example of that. Loved the storytelling. It's cinema (sic)," Hrithik wrote in his Insta story.

"I may disagree with the politics of it and argue about the responsibilities us filmmakers should bear as citizens of the world. Nevertheless, can't ignore how i loved and learnt from this one as a student of cinema. Amazing (sic)," he added.

Reacting to the Reddit thread, one of the fans commented, "Did fighter and now have a political issue with dhurandhar lmao." Another user wrote, "Saying this while starring in Fighter is beyond hypocritical lol". "Idisagree with HR here but can respect his view.
