Ibrahim Ali Khan Trolled For His Performance In Debut Film Nadaaniyan
Even before his highly-anticipated Bollywood debut, Ibrahim Ali Khan started to grab a lot of attention on the internet. From his 'good looks' to charming persona and hilarious 'pap videos', Ibrahim enjoys a significant following on social media. While netizens were eagerly awaiting the release of his debut film 'Nadaaniyan', his performance failed to impress the audience.
The 24-year-old played the role of the 'greatest' Noida-guy Arjun Mehta. Ever since the release, he has been getting trolled over his performance in the film.
Amid Nadaaniyan Backlash, Did Ibrahim Ali Khan Threaten Pakistani Critic Over 'Nose Job' Dig?
Days after the release of Nadaaniyan, Ibrahim Ali Khan has apparently landed himself in an unpleasant situation after he allegedly responded to a Pakistani critic named 'Tamur Iqbal' over his Nadaaniyan review on Instagram via DM.
Sharing a screenshot of the chat, Tamur captioned his post, "Saif ali khan's son Ibrahim Ali khan's outstanding raging response from his verified acc on my insta story after I mocked his debut movie nadaaniyan 😹😹. Good luck to you dude. Hope you do well in future (sic)". He also tagged a bunch of Indian media portals in the caption. As per Ibrahim and Tamur's DM exchange, it looked it the Pakistani critic took a dig at the actor's appearance.
In the DM screenshot, shared by Tamur, Ibrahim can be seen lashing out at the Pakistani film critic over his harsh comment. Iggy's reply allegedly read, "Tamur almost like Taimoor... you got my brother's name. Guess what you don't got? His face. You ugly piece of trash. Since you can't keep your words to yourself, don't bother, they're irrelevant just like you. Ugly goddamn piece of shit I feel bad for you and your family - and if I see you on the streets one day, I'll make sure I leave you uglier than you are - you walking piece of scum. (sic)"
To which, Tamur responded, "Hahahahaha see that's my man. This is the guy I want to see in the movie. Not that fake cornetto mushy cringy human. But hey yes that nose job comment was in bad taste. Rest I totally own up. Massive fan of your dad, don't let him down. (sic)"
Amidst the negative talk about Nadaaniyan, Sonu Sood shared a cryptic post on Twitter and asked everyone to be "kind to debutants". On Saturday (March 16), the 'Fateh' actor took to X (now Twitter) and wrote, "Be kind to debutants in the film fraternity and elsewhere. Nobody was perfect when they started. We all learn with experience. Only a handful get a second chance. A good or bad performance in any vertical is the collective responsibility of every technician involved. We are all learners. Let's support and encourage them.
Spread love. ❤️ (sic)"
