It was January when Ileana D'Cruz hinted at her second pregnancy in her New Year's 2025 special Instagram reel. In that reel, D'Cruz shared a blink-and-miss shot of her holding her positive pregnancy test kit in the month of October.

Given her positive pregnancy test in October, Ileana D'Cruz's second pregnancy delivery due date is expected to be in June-July. The actress is yet to officially confirm the same.
For those unversed, Ileana D'Cruz and her partner Michael Dolan were blessed with their first child, baby boy Koa Phoenix Dolan, on 1st August 2023.
