Abhishek Malhan asked his followers to stay united and pray for the armed forces, who are fighting to keep the citizens safe.

"Hometown (Jalandhar) seeing some fireworks but we’re stronger than that.. we all stand with the Indian Army.. we stand with the martyrs of #PahalgamTerroristAttack We stand with India! We Stand with Justice (sic)," Karan Kundrra wrote as he stated that he is standing with India amid conflict with Pakistan.

Aly Goni revealed that his family members are safe as he thanked the Indian Air Force for safeguarding the people in Jammu. The Laughter Chefs 2 star tweeted, "I am out of India shooting and My family is in Jammu I was so mind F**Cked here.. thank god everyone is safe.. Thanks to our IAF (sic."

Without naming anyone and yet dropping a hint, filmmaker Kunal Kohli wrote, "Dear Indian Navy. In Karachi, in the Clifton area there’s a man whose name starts with D."

X and Instagram pages have asked the followers to not open any links on WhatsApp, which claim to provide information.

Elvish Yadav urged his followers to ensure the safety of their relatives and family members, who are currently stationed in the border areas. He posted a video on his official Instagram handle, asking his fans to not panic and support the Indian armed forces.

According to ANI, the Indian Air Force has shot down a Pakistani Air Force jet in the Pathankot sector. Multiple sources told the news agency that IAF managed to shoot a Pakistani jet. However, an official government statement is yet to be announced.

Ranvir Shorey, who has worked in several Bollywood films, requested his followers to not share any unverified news on social media platforms as India launched a counter attack against Pakistan following the drone and missiles attack on Indian cities.

Indian government advised the OTT platforms to discontinue the streaming of Pakistani-origin content like web series, films, podcast with immediate effect. Rupali Gangul reacted to the same on social media. The Anupamaa actress wrote, "Hats off to Modi Govt for banning Pak streaming content! In times of tension, we must protect our digital borders (sic)."

FIR fame actress Kavita Kaushik shared a post, urging the citizens to support the Indian armed forces, who are safeguarding the integrity of the country. ""Nothing above the country. In times such as these, your religion doesn't matter, your ideology doesn't matter, your opinion doesn't matter. What matter is the Nation and our armed forces protecting us. Standing behind supporting our defense is the least we can do," she wrote.
