Why Are Shah Rukh Khan & Family Moving Out From Mannat?

As per the reports, Shah Rukh Khan and his family will be moving out from their Mumbai bungalow Mannat. HT reports that the reason behind SRK and his family moving out from Mannat is its renovation. The renovation of the actor's palatial bungalow is set to begin this year in May. SRK got the permission from the court to renovate his house. Mannat is reportedly a Grade III heritage structure whose structural change can only take place after proper permissions.

What Will Be Shah Rukh Khan & Family's New Address?

Reports confirm that Shah Rukh Khan & family will be moving to a luxury apartment in Bandra, near Pali Hill. The actor has leased the house from producer Vashu Bhagnanai and has signed the leave and license agreement with Puja Casa, his son and daughter Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh owned property. SRK has rented four floors of the house and will reportedly pay the rent of Rs. 24 Lakh/ month. As per HT's source, "It is clearly not as capacious as Mannat; there is enough space to accommodate his security and other staff." The Khan family have leased 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th floor of the building and are currently in process of securing safety and privacy before shifting into the apartment. Reports suggest that the Khan family will be staying at the rented apartment for around 2 years
