After a whirlwind of speculations, Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor's Homebound co-star Vishal Jethwa finally reveals the truth behind the viral video clips from Cannes 2025. In a recent interview with Zoom, the Mardaani 2 actor shit down speculations about any awkwardness or cold-shoulder vibes between Ishaan-Janhvi.

He clarified that Janhvi was not ignoring Ishaan, in fact, she was just holding the trail of dress. "Maine Ishaan aur Janhvi ko kaam karte dekha hai aur wo bohot hi comfortably kaam kar sakte hain. Wo dono ek doosre ke well-wisher hain. Bohot ache se baat karte hain," Vishal told Zoom.

"Aur wahaan pe (Cannes) me mujhe pata hai main uska trail ko pakad ke chal raha tha. Mujhe aa bhi nahi raha tha kaise pakadna hai. Main uski bas madad kar raha tha. Aur Janhvi jab ooper chadh rahi thi to Ishaan haath de raha tha. Wo apne kapde hold karke khadi thi isiliye usne haath nahi diya hoga, (sic)" he added.

Calling Janhvi 'samajhdar', Vishal continued, "Wo itni samajhdar hai, wo aisi disrespectful cheez cheez zara bhi nahi kar sakti. Itna main use jaan paya hoon." Commenting on the viral reaction, Vishal said, "I'm sure koi bhi iske baare me iss tareeke se nahi soch raha hai. But logon ka mann hai, unko entertainment mil raha hai, wo liye jaa rahe hain. (sic)"
