And while the movie is winning hearts, his 2024 release Bade Miyan Chote Miyan made its way to the headlines again recently. Wondering why? Well, while Bade Miyan Chote Miyan turned out to be a box office disaster and several crew members alleged non payment of dues, producer Jackky Bhagnani has finally broken his silence on the movie's box office failure and the lesson he had learnt from it.

Talking to Indian Express Jackky spoke about the reason behind Bade Miyan Chote Miyan's box office failure and said, "We invested a lot of money, and I realised that just scale is not good enough". Highlighting the reason about BMCM failier, Jackky emphasised, "Somewhere, we felt that the content that was made didn't resonate with the audience at all. The public is always right. If didn't resonate then I have to go back to the drawing board and understand why did this piece of content didn't resonate with the audience. I have to take that with a pinch of salt and not make that mistake in the future".

Nobody Can Understand Our Pain: Jackky On BMCM Failure

Furthermore, Jackky had addressed the controversies surrounding the film, the complaint of financial fraud against director Ali Abbas Zafar etc. and asserted that no one can understand their pain and emotional and financial impact the debacle and controversies had caused. "I would like to say that the returns are not even less than 50%. As a family, we have mortgaged our properties to make this film. We realise there is no point in saying anything or speaking anything," Jackky had added.

Meanwhile, Jackky had also made headlines for his personal life as well as he married his longtime girlfriend Rakul Preet Singh last year. Jackky Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh tied the knot on February 21, 2024, in Goa, marking their union in a private ceremony.
