The clips claiming somewhere in Punjab which felt eerily real, were widely circulated on Instagram - instantly triggering widespread speculation and panic among fans.
As theories swirled online and hashtags began trending, the mystery was finally unveiled: the chilling visuals were bts from the film Jombieland, which is being hailed as India's first full-fledged Punjabi zombie comedy - or zom-com.
Starring Kanika Mann, Binnu Dhillon, Angira Dhar, and introducing popular singer G Khan in a surprising debut, Jombieland promises to bring an explosive mix of desi humour and undead mayhem to the big screen. The viral clips have perfectly set the tone for the wild, quirky, and never-seen-before cinematic experience the film aims to deliver.
Also starring Guri, Dhanveer Singh, and Jassa Dhillon, the film is the first part of an ambitious trilogy, setting the stage for a larger-than-life saga filled with romance, laughter, and undead madness.
