Jacqueline Fernandez Mother Passes Away: In a saddening turn of events, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez's mom Kim Fernandez has allegedly passed away on Sunday (today, April 6). A few days ago, the actress was spotted visiting Lilavati Hospital, where her mom was admitted. Reportedly, she was in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit).

According to an Instagram post by Instant Bollywood, Jacqueline Fernandez's beloved mom Kim Fernandez has allegedly passed away earlier today. Reportedly, she breathed her last this morning at the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.

A few days ago, rumours of Kim's demise had spread like wildfire. It was then rumoured that Jacqueline's mom had succumbed to death after her prolonged battle with cancer. Later, it was reported that she was admitted to the ICU after suffering a heat stroke. However, the exact reason behind her demise is yet-to-be-know. Meanwhile, an official confirmation on the news of her passing away is still awaited.

When Jacqueline Fernandez Talked About Her Bond With Her Mom

Jacqueline Fernandez shared a close bond with her parents and often shared talked fondly about them, especially her mum Kim. During a throwback interview with India TV, the 'Kick' had opened up on how much she would miss her mom Kim Fernandez. Talking about the same, the Bahrain-born Sri Lankan beauty was quoted saying, "My mom always supported me. I miss her a lot. I live here alone without my parents. There are these two people who have been so strong and they have been such an inspiration for me which always keeps me going. (sic)"

Who Was Jacqueline Fernandez Mom Kim Fernandez?

As per reports, Jacqueline's maternal grandfather is Canadian and her great-grandparents were from Goa in India. Her mom Kim Fernandez was said to be of Malaysian and Canadian descent. Reportedly, Kim was working as an air hostess when she'd met Jacqueline's father Elroy Fernandez.
