Love In Vietnam Opens To An Emotional Premiere In Korea

Love in Vietnam, starring Shantanu Maheshwari and Avneet Kaur, marked a historic moment with its housefull premiere in Seoul, drawing an emotional response from Korean audiences and members of the film industry. The Indo-Vietnamese romantic drama, directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi, received strong appreciation for its performances and storytelling, with several Korean filmmakers and actors praising the film after the screening.

Director Rahhat Shah Kazmi shared, " It's an experience of a lifetime... listening to such praises from the Korean film industry. This moment will stay with me forever." Producer Captain Rahul Bali added, "Watching Korean audiences connect so deeply with our film, and witnessing a housefull premiere in Seoul, is a moment of immense pride. The love and respect we've received here is truly overwhelming."

The night turned especially memorable for Shantanu Maheshwari, who found himself surrounded by Korean fans and senior industry members following the screening. From well-known filmmakers and actors to young audiences discovering him for the first time, the response left the actor visibly moved.

Shantanu Maheshwari shared, "I am honestly still trying to process what has happened. I walked into the theatre thinking I was just attending a screening, and I walked out feeling changed. Being surrounded by Korean audiences, directors, and actors who came up to me to speak about the film was overwhelming in a way I can't fully describe. We have admired Korean cinema and dramas for years for their honesty and emotional depth, so to see that same love come back to an Indian film felt deeply emotional. It reminded me why I chose to be an actor in the first place. Moments like these don't come often, and I will carry this one with me forever."

Avneet Kaur also received warm appreciation for her performance, with audiences praising the emotional honesty she brought to the film. The Seoul premiere marks an important step in Love in Vietnam's international journey, highlighting the growing exchange between Indian and Korean cinema and the rising curiosity for Indian stories among Korean audiences.

Love in Vietnam is produced by Rahhat Shah Kazmi, Captain Rahul Bali, Omung Kumar, Sarvesh Goel, Tariq Khan, Zeba Sajid, Mohammad Antulay, Sahil Sheikh and Pankaj Singh Chauhan, as co-produced by A1STAR MEDIA, Samten Hills Dalat, in association with Vikas Sharma, Kritika Rampal and Devansh Bhardwaj.
