Nadaaniyan: Grandmother Sharmila Tagore Says 'Film Was Not Good'
Sharmila Tagore has been a proud grandmother, celebrating the success of her grandchildren, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. She recently addressed whether she liked Imbrahim's debut film Nadaaniyan. Talking about the same with Times Now, Sharmila said, "Ibrahim's film was not good, but he still looks very handsome (sic)." Further talking about his performance in the movie, Sharmila said, "He has tried his best." But it seemed that the grandmother did not like Ibrahim's movie. She said, "These things shouldn't really be said in front of everyone, but honestly, the picture isn't great. Ultimately, the picture has to be good (sic)."
Talking about Sara Ali Khan, Sharmila said that she is a "good actress" and is capable of doing much more. "She'll also achieve that," said Sharmila about her granddaughter Sara.
