Nirmal Kapoor Death Reason: It's a painful day for the Kapoor family. In a heartbreaking turn of events, Anil Kapoor, Boney Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor's mother Nirmal Kapoor has passed away at the age of 90. She breathed her last at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute in Mumbai.

B-Town actors Arjun Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor's dadi Nirmal Kapoor is no more. The 90-year-old breathed her last on Friday (May 2) at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital at around 5:45 PM, according to a Free Press Journal report.

As per DNA, late Nirmal Kapoor hadn't been keeping well lately and had been going in and out to hospital for the same. And on Friday (May 2), she passed away due to age-related illness.

As soon as the news broke out, Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and Shanaya Kapoor were spotted leaving for the Kapoor residence located in Lokhandawa. In a video, shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani, Janhvi was spotted with her boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya outside the Kapoor residence to offer their last respects.

Confirming the sad news, a source close to the family told Times Now, "Anil Kapoor is bereaved. (sic)". Meanwhile, the Kapoor family is yet to issue an official statement on the same.

Late Nirmal Kapoor celebrated her 9th birthday last year in September. On the special occasion, veteran Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor took to his Instagram and shared pictures of her with a heartfelt caption that read, "90 years of love, strength, and endless sacrifices. Your presence fills our lives with joy and positivity every day. Blessed to be your child. Happy birthday, Mummy! (sic)"

Nirmal Kapor is survived by her sons and grandchildren.
