As several celebrities across India condemned Pakistan for breaking the agreement, an iconic scene from Farhan Akhtar's 2004 war-drama 'Lakshya', featuring the late Om Puri and Hrithik Roshan, is trending on the internet.

Hours after the ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan was announced, drone sightings and shelling were reported in Srinagar and Udhampur with the reimposing of blackouts in several places in the region.

Soon after Pakistan's ceasefire violation, one of the iconic scenes of Om Puri from Hrithik Roshan's much-loved war-drama Lakshya resurfaced on the internet. In the scene, which has already gone viral, the late actor is seen advising Hrithik's character about Pakistan's nature of hitting back again after losing.

"Mujhe un logo ka tajurba hai, Pakistani haare to palat ke ek baar phir aata hai...agar jeet jao to fauran laparwah nahi ho jaana. Remember my words)," Om Puri says. To which, Hrithik's character replies, "Yaad Rakhunga!"

Amid the fresh tension on the border, this particular scene from Lakshya has struck a chord with the audience. Social media is flooded with people referencing this scene with Pakistan's ceasefire violation act.
