Saiyaara has a 10 seconds of intimacy scene between Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda. Ahead of the release of the movie in the theaters, Censor Board has asked the makers to delete or replace the 10 seconds "sensual, intimacy, body exposure" scenes from Saiyaara.

As per Bollywood Hungama, Saiyaara has received U/A 16+ certification after the needed cuts. The makers have reportedly removed the cuss words from he movie. However, the additional 10-second cut demand has made the fans angry. As per the reports, the makers need to make these cuts in order to align with the certification needs.

Talking about the same, a few angry fans took to a Reddit thread with title "Sanskari Censor Board got no chill" saying, "I hate it." Another angry fan wrote, "I am not at all fond of excessive or gratuitous s*x scenes in movies, but this goddamn censor board gets on my nerves. They treat the Indian audience like children."
