Saiyaara X Review: Is Ahaan & Aneet’s Film An Impressive Watch Or A Disaster? Check Tweets Before Watching It

Saiyaara X Review: Newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda are set to make their grand debut with the film Saiyaara, which is already generating significant buzz. Directed by Mohit Suri, this musical romantic drama is supported by YRF. Notably, Saiyaara marks Mohit's return to directing after a three-year hiatus following Ek Villain Returns. The fresh chemistry between Ahaan and Aneet has captured attention, making it one of the year's most anticipated releases. Saiyaara tells the tale of a young couple navigating the complexities of their relationship and exploring how far they will go for love.
To note, Saiyaara happens to be Mohit Suri's first collaboration with YRF. As audiences eagerly await its release, Saiyaara stands out not only for its compelling plot but also for its impressive musical lineup. The film's advance booking success reflects its growing popularity among moviegoers as it records third highest advance booking collection of 2025 after Chhaava and Sikandar. As Saiyaara is hitting the screens today, the social media is abuzz with tweets about Ahaan-Aneet's debut release.
Saiyaara Twitter Review
Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter, a Twitter user wrote, "Mohit Suri's musical love story gives a fresh #Aashiqui vibe. Debutants Ahaan Panday & Aneet Padda shine - while soulful tracks like "Saiyaara" & "Barbaad" are already chart-toppers. Worth a watch for romance & tunes". Another user tweeted, "#SaiyaaraReview: Just Watched Movie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Ahaan Panday & Aneet Padda deliver a raw & refreshing debut. Music is the SOUL - haunting, emotional, unforgettable. Mohit Suri brings back the Aashiqui magic with a new-age twist. Beautiful chemistry, Soul-touching songs, Nostalgic romance vibes and Predictable plot but heartfelt execution. Verdict: A musical ride that hits the feels".
On the other hand, Filmibeat journalist Aakash called Saiyaara 'a love story Bollywood needed'. He tweeted, "It starts like a sweet romance... then throws a twist straight at your heart. #Saiyaara is the love story Bollywood needed: emotional, musical & fresh! Don't miss Ahaan & Aneet's powerful debut".
Meanwhile, Mohit Suri spoke about Saiyaara's comparisons with Aashiqui and told Firstpost, "When I made Zeher, they said it looked like Murder. When I made Ek Villain, they said it looked like Murder 2. When I made Malang, they said it looked like Ek Villain. When I made Aashiqui 2, they said it looked like Woh Lame and Rockstar. So I think when I go ahead and make my next film, they'll say it looks like Saiyaara. I think when they're comparing it to my own work rather than somebody else's, it's good".
