After all, his much talked about release Sikandar has finally hit the screens on the occasion of Eid amid a massive buzz in the town. Directed by A R Murugados, Sikandar is a romantic action thriller which also features Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Prateik Babbar and Sathyaraj in the lead. As fans have been eagerly waiting for Sikandar release, it seemed to have fallen prey to piracy before it had hit the theatres.

According to a tweet shared by film trade analyst Komal Nahata, Sikandar was leaked online a day before it had hit the theatres. The tweet read as, "It's the worst nightmare for any producer. A film being leaked before its theatrical release. Unfortunately, that's what happened last evening to Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Sikandar', slated to release today in cinemas. The producer had the authorities pull the film down from 600 sites last night but the harm had been done. The multiplication continued and is still continuing. Condemnable act which could cost the producer of the Salman starrer dear!"

While she was in Vizag for another project, the first assistant director provided her with the storyline. Upon hearing the narrative and learning about Salman Khan's involvement, she was overwhelmed and questioned how she landed such an incredible opportunity.
