Sitaare Zameen Par Premiere: After hitting quite a few roadblocks, Aamir Khan starrer 'Sitaare Zameen Par' has now finally hit the cinemas today (June 20). The Hindi-language sports-comedy drama marks Mr. Perfectionist's return to big screens almost 3 years after the box office debacle of 'Laal Singh Chaddha' (2022). Directed by R.S. Prasanna, Sitaare Zameen Par, which introduces a bunch of enthusiastic specially abled children, is the Hindi remake of the 2018 Spanish film 'Campeones'.

Ahead of its much-anticipated grand theatrical release today, the makers hosted a special screening of Sitaare Zameen Par last night (Thursday, June 19) in Mumbai and it was nothing less than a starry affair. From legendary actress Rekha to three Khans - Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan - under the same roof, Vicky Kaushal, Genelia Deshmukh, Ritiesh Deshmukh, Aamir's gf Gauri Spratt among others attended the premiere and showed their support. Among all the viral moments, it was Salman Khan's fun banter with Aamir Khan that stood out, hitting the nostalgic chord among the netizens.

Last night, Salman Khan made a stylish appearance at the Sitaare Zameen Par premiere and showered support to his 'Amar' Aamir Khan. The onscreen Tiger also engaged in a fun banter with the media, pulling Aamir's leg. Several videos of Salman-Aamir's special moment from the screening have gone viral on the internet.

In one of the videos, Salman, in a playful mood, can be seen joking that Sitaare Zameen Par was actually offered to him first, but then Aamir decided to do it himself.

He teased him saying, "Isne story nahi bataayi na picture ki? Isne mere ko bulaya tha ye subject dekhne ke liye... main chala gaya mujhe bahut achi lagi picture... maine haan bhi keh di... mere ko phone aata hai ki, 'main kar raha hu picture. (sic)"
