On Wednesday (December 10), the Indian cricketer attended Amazon's Smbhav Summit at the iconic Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. In one of the videos, surfacing online, she is seen sharing a warm hug with Harmanpreet Kaur, who was also invited to the event.

Smriti Mandhana, who has been named vice-captain of the Indian T20I team that will play against Sri Lanka in a series starting December 21, returned to the cricket pitch recently after going through a tumultuous time in her personal life.

During her appearance at the Smbhav Summit, Mandhana dropped a truth bomb on 'love' and revealed that she loves nothing more than cricket.

"I don't think I love anything more than cricket. Wearing that Indian jersey is the motivation that drives us. You keep all your problems aside, and that thought alone helps you focus on life, (sic)" the 29-year-old stated.

Smriti also went on to reflect on her journey from her debut till winning the World Cup in 2025.
