Soha Shares Saif Ali Khan's Health Update Post Stabbing Incident; Says Attack Had Disturbed The Famil
Soha Ali Khan expressed gratitude for her brother Saif Ali Khan's recovery after he was stabbed during a home invasion. Emphasising their relief, she shared insights on his return to work and the ongoing legal proceedings against the accused. Saif's upcoming film release is also highly anticipated.

In a heartfelt statement, Soha Ali Khan addressed the unsettling event that rocked their family – the stabbing of her brother, Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, during a home invasion. She conveyed that the episode deeply affected them all, emphasizing their collective relief and gratitude for Saif's recovery and return to his professional life. "It disturbed all of us. Our main concern was that he was fine, which he was, and has fully recovered now and is back to work. That was our focus. Thank God, he is alright," she shared with PTI, amidst her busy schedule promoting the sequel to the horror film Chhorii 2.
The news of Saif Ali Khan's violent encounter at his Bandra home on January 16, 2025, sent ripples through the film industry and among his fanbase. The attack occurred in the early hours, resulting in Saif sustaining six stab wounds. Swift action by law enforcement led to the apprehension of the assailant. Saif's subsequent hospitalization at Lilavati Hospital required him to undergo critical surgeries, including spinal and plastic surgery, to address his injuries. After a period of intensive care, he was able to leave the hospital on January 21, having made significant progress in his recovery.
The legal proceedings against Shariful Fakir, the man accused of the stabbing, have recently progressed. Fakir's defense has put forward a bail request, citing the completion of the investigation and the securing of all necessary evidence. They argue that the arrest was not executed properly according to legal standards, presenting a new development in the case surrounding the distressing incident.
Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan is poised to captivate audiences once again with his upcoming film, "Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins," slated for a Netflix release on April 25.
