Somy Ali Is Hell-Bent On Locating Raj Kiran’s Whereabouts; Actor Missing For Decades Now

Former Bollywood actor and No More Tears NGO founder Somy Ali is still on the lookout for veteran actor Raj Kiran, who is known for his movies like Karz, Waaris, Kaagaz Ki Nao, and Arth, to name a few. He has been missing for decades now, and Somy has been looking for him for over 20 years.
"I am hell-bent on locating Raj Kiran's whereabouts. I obtained information from the Byculla Institution and told them that I have a master's degree in psychology and investigative journalism from the University of Miami," she said.
"I have been searching for Mr. Raj Kiran Mahatani for over 20 years now, without any resolution. The doctor was helpful in an encrypted way, allowing me to comprehend that Mr. Raj Kiran is no longer there. The key word is 'anymore'-not' in the sense that he has passed away, but rather that he is no longer geographically in India," she added.
She has spent over $15,000, the money that she borrowed from her mother, on hiring over 30 private investigators to find Raj's whereabouts. She is now going to Atlanta to look for him again.
"My last stop next week is the Atlanta Police Department, where I plan to file a missing person's report, followed by a visit to mental health institutions. I will leave no stone unturned in my search for Raj. This is a promise I made to Chintu Ji once again before he passed away in 2020. His soul needs closure, and so does mine," she said.
"No one hides or dodges enquiries from such big stars as Chintu Ji and Deepti Naval Ji unless there is some sort of foul play. Every one of his next of kin is giving different versions of events, making me believe that he now falls under the NMT category as a missing victim. This has given me even more psychological ammunition to fight for him and find him. As I've said before, I am not one to give up. If I can face nine attacks, including one involving a gun, this is child's play for me," she added.
She further mentioned that Raj's brother, Gobind Mahtani, and his wife, Judy, and even their daughter did not respond to her very elaborate message on LinkedIn and it indicated that something is wrong. "My job is to turn that wrong into right," Somy ended.
