Son of Sardaar 2 Early Review: Ajay Devgn has been on a roll in 2025 and there are no second thoughts about it. After starting the year with an extended cameo in Azaad, Ajay managed to set the box office on fire with the much talked about Raid 2. And now, he is here with the third release of the year. We are talking about Son of Sardaar 2. Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the comedy drama is the spiritual sequel to the 2012 action comedy film Son of Sardaar. Needless to say, Son Of Sardaar 2 is one of the most anticipated releases of 2025.

Reprising his role of Jassi Randhawa, Ajay is back in the turbaned avatar in Son Of Sardaar 2. The movie also features Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Vindu Dara Singh and Sanjay Mishra. To note, Son of Sardaar 2 also marks the last onscreen appearance of the late actor Mukul Dev. Taking to social media, actor turned critic Kuldeep Gadhvi wrote, "I had the chance to watch Son of Sardaar 2 at the censor screening and let me tell you, this is a dull entertainer packed with comedy, mass action, emotion and heartwarming moments. A 100% clean family friendly film that works across all age groups. We've seen such films before, yes - but this one has a fresh script, unique energy and emotional depth". He further asserted that while the first half of Son of Sardaar 2 is a fun ride, it picks up pace during the second half with powerful turns.

Talking about Son of Sardaar 2 rating, Kuldeep wrote, "One of the best - emotional, grand and satisfying. Amid scenic landscapes, the story mixes rom-com flavour. Punjabi warmth, criminal twists and family values, building to a high energy explosive climax". He even gave the movie 4 stars. To note, Son of Sardaar 2 has a duration of two hours and 35 minutes.
