Born on 14th June 2001, Sreeleela kickstarted her career as a child actress and made her debut as a female lead in the 2019 Kannanda-language film 'Kiss'. In 2021, she featured in the Telugu film 'Pelli SandaD'. She primarily appeared in Telugu and Kannada films.

Sreeleela's mother Swarnalatha is a Bangalore-based gynaecologist and father, Surapaneni Subhakara Rao, is an industrialist. As per reports, she was born to them after the couple's separation.
