In a podcast with Hindi Rush, Geetanjali Saxena claimed that it was apparently an unlucky year for the Odela 2 actress. During the podcast, she was heard saying, "Paisa aayega par relationship mein stability nahi milegi. Yeh saal unka unlucky tha, toh isliye unka jo relationship ka breakup aaya woh isi saal mein aaya (sic)".

Further talking about it, she claimed that 'money' was the major issue behind their split. , "The major issue is about money which is creating a rift. I may say that tum paisa nahi kama rahe ho mujhe farak nahi padh raha hai, par kahi na kahi mujhe farak padh raha hai at a deeper level. Yeh log hai bahot achche, lekin arguments bahot karte hai. Jo hame dikh raha hai, woh actually nahi hai. Unka attitude, belief system, dono alag hai, (sic)" the astrologer was quoted saying.

"Conflict hai, and it is regarding work. There can be certain times that a person may not want the other person to do some work, 'yeh mat karo, yaha mat karo'. Toh woh thode se restrictions ke wajahse problems aarahi hai. But, they can be very good friends. Relationship aage mujhe dikh na raha hai," she further added.
