Thank You Turns 14: Anees Bazmee Remembers Akshay Kumar, Irrfan Khan & Sonam Kapoor's Film In New Post

Anees Bazmee's Thank You completed 14 years of its release today. The 2011 film starred Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Irrfan, Rimi Sen, Suniel Shetty and Celina Jaitly. Vidya Balan had a cameo in the film as Akshay's wife and Mallika Sherawat was seen in a special number, Razia.

Celebrating 14 years of Thank You, director Anees wrote on Instagram, "14 years ago, we brought Thank You to life; a story of love, lies, and a whole lot of laughter. Thank YOU for the love, always!"

In Thank You, Akshay Kumar was paired opposite Vidya Balan. Bobby Deol and Sonam Kapoor were cast as husband and wife. Irrfan was cast as Rimi Sen's husband. Celina Jaitly played Suniel Shetty's wife.

The story was about three married men - Raj Malhotra, Vikram Chopra and Yogi Mathur - who are womanisers and cheat on their respective wives.
