Recently, a Peeping Moon report claimed that Tiger vs Pathaan has been allegedly shelved. The report states that Aditya Chopra is 're-evaluating' the highly-ambitious YRF project to "avoid" its "formula fatigue". He apparently wants to explore fresh directions and introducing innovative storytelling styles.

The portal claimed, "Aditya believes the spy universe films are veering towards repetition and needs a revitalised approach to storytelling and presentation. So he is re-evaluating the roadmap and making significant changes to future plans. (sic)"

In the meantime, the main focus is currently said to be on Dhoom 4. If reports are to be believed, Ranbir Kapoor is in talks to play the male lead in the said film.

The ongoing reports of Tiger vs Pathaan hitting a pause have left the audience heartbroken. However, according to NDTV, the news turn out to be false. Dismissing the reports, an insider confirmed the daily that the reports are "false" and the film is "not shelved".

For those unversed, during an interview with News18 earlier this year, Salman Khan had mentioned that his film with SRK, Tiger vs Pathaan, is "not happening for now".
