Since Filmibeat recently had a chance to speak to Daku Maharaj actress Urvashi Rautela, Adi asked, "Kitne surgery karwati hain aap? (How many surgeries do you undergo?)." Adding up to her previous claims that she has never had any surgeries, Urvashi said, "All thanks to my parents. I am blessed with good genes, that's it." The actress further added, "All I do is just maintain it, that's it, with good food and healthy lifestyle (sic)."

On the other hand, Dr. Prashant Yadav, a board-certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, created a before-and-after reel of Urvashi Rautela, analyzing the potential surgeries she may have undergone. He observed that Urvashi's lips appeared noticeably lifted and plumper compared to before. Dr. Prashant speculates that this could be the result of dermal fillers, a gel-like substance injected under the skin to enhance volume.

Dr. Prashant further claimed that Urvashi's nose, which was previously curvy, now appears straight and lifted, suggesting that she may have undergone rhinoplasty. He also pointed out that her jawline, once round, has transformed into a sharp, V-shaped contour, which he believes could be the result of jawline fillers and masseter Botox injections, a procedure involving botulinum toxin (Botox) to slim the jawline. Additionally, Dr. Prashant noted that Urvashi's complexion, which appeared normal before, now has a glossy, smooth finish, likely achieved through treatments like laser procedures, chemical peels, and glutathione injections.
