War 2 Teaser Release Date: Directed by Siddharth Anand, Yash Raj Films' War was released in 2019 amid a huge buzz and high expectations. Featuring Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vaani Kapoor, the film turned out to be the biggest hit of the year, and the makers soon announced its sequel. Since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of War 2, and their wait is finally coming to an end in a few months.

For those unaware, War 2 is directed by Ayan Mukerji and features Hrithik Roshan, RRR star Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani in the lead roles and is counted among the most anticipated films of 205. The next installment in YRF's ambitious spy universe, War 2 is confirmed to release this year during the Independence Day weekend.

WAR 2 TEASER RELEASE DATE OUT

As War 2 has been grabbing continuous eyeballs, the latest update suggests that the much-hyped film's teaser is set to release very soon. While the makers are yet to announce the official teaser release date, an X (earlier known as Twitter) post is going viral claiming that it will be out in just a few days' time. As per a recent tweet by Gulte, a string of official updates is expected to roll out within a few hours, building up to the highly anticipated teaser launch of War 2, which is likely to be unveiled on Jr NTR's birthday, May 20.

War 2 star Hrithik Roshan has indirectly confirmed the same in his latest tweet that reads, "Hey @tarak9999, think you know what to expect on the 20th of May this year? Trust me you have NO idea what's in store. Ready? #War2"

HERE'S WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT WAR 2

Backed by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner, the film belongs to the YRF Spy Universe, which will further unfold with the release of Alpha later this year. The film marks the first collaboration between Hrithik, Jr NTR, and Kiara. Interestingly, it is also going to be Kiara's first release after the pregnancy announcement.
